What exactly is BioElite Health?
A Seal Beach health-coaching practice. We combine certified coaching with science-backed testing, then connect all your results into one clear picture of your health — so the guidance you get is based on your actual biology, not a generic plan.
How is this different from a regular health coach?
Most coaches work from how you feel and a few disconnected reports. We connect your blood work, body composition, and other tests into a single picture and track it over time — so we can see what's actually working and adjust with insight most coaches simply don't have.
Do you diagnose, treat, or prescribe?
No. BioElite Health provides education and coaching only. We're non-diagnostic and fully compliant with California's SB 577. We complement your relationship with your physician — we don't replace it.
Who will I actually be working with?
Travis and Erin, both certified peptide specialists. Travis is a certified nutrition coach with more than twenty years of hospital experience; Erin is an MSN, RN with emergency nursing, nurse leadership, and functional medicine experience.
What kind of testing is involved?
It depends on your goals. Some assessments are done in our office and some through outside labs — commonly blood panels, body composition, and cardiopulmonary testing. We connect whatever's relevant into one picture rather than forcing a one-size package on everyone.
I'm using peptides or supplements, can you help?
Yes. We help with testing and monitoring so you can see how your body is responding, then use that picture to guide coaching toward your wellness goals — whether you're already on a protocol or just getting started.
Where are you located, and how do I start?
We're in Seal Beach, California, serving Orange County and the surrounding area. The first step is an in-person consultation — book one and we'll map out the right starting point for you.
